Premium Refunds

If you are a Premium user using your Rice email and you join the Rice Grammarly for Education account, you have two options:

Option A:

Your premium subscription is paused. You will not be charged while you are on the Rice education account instead.

 

Option B:

You can Request a Refund in the account hub. Go to My Account and click Subscription. On that page you will have the option to Request a Refund for the unused portion of your subscription,
